The Mariposa visitor center, YARTS bus stop, coffee shops, historic sites, and restaurants are all within walking distance (Note: it is 5 to 20 min walk to anywhere in downtown Mariposa, yet I would consider the walk moderately strenuous due to the hills in town and up to the studio)! The studio is very close to highway 140 for easy access to desired destinations.
