Guest access Covered in ground pool that is not heated. Best months to make use of the pool are May through October, depending on the weather. The pool area will heat up with the sun, but only so much on cooler days. Pool is closed Nov -April. Small gym with treadmill, weights and stretch band. Plenty of yard space to enjoy nature, play sports and bird watching. There is also a little pond and a little trail. Other things to note Baby gates, high chair and pack-n-play available upon request. There is a cottage in the same property (separate listing) as well as a tiny house on wheels (also a separate listing). DOGS: we allow our guests to bring their dog if they are fixed and house trained. Guests are responsible for any damage dogs may cause and urine stains inside the house will require and extra cleaning fee of $150. All dogs must be leashed while on the property!
