Guest access Self check-in is a breeze with a secure door code and keypad. The entire home, including the private backyard, is fully open to guests. Parking is available directly on the property, the driveway accommodates two vehicles. Other things to note • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for the stay. Please contact us to confirm the specific amount. This is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition. • Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip the hold on your card, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead. • Resolution Center: For your peace of mind, both the security deposit and the damage waiver are processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
