Guest access Guests have full access to the property, except for two storage sheds, the fenced RV spot at the front of the property, and the owner's closet in the home. Other things to note Dog Policy: - All dogs must be walked on a leash outside at all times. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog anywhere on the property. Pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of. Dogs cannot be left unattended at the rental home. No aggressive breeds or puppies are allowed. Only one approved dog is permitted. Guests understand there is a $500 fine for all unauthorized pets. Non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 is required. Pet Policy: - No other pets such as cats, birds, or reptiles are allowed. Only one approved dog is permitted. Security Cameras: - Your safety is paramount. The property features two exterior security cameras. Camera 1 monitors the front driveway from the corner of the house, while Camera 2 covers the back driveway, fire pit, dock, and pathway from the opposite corner. These motion-activated cameras record video and sound for your security and will be operational during your stay. WiFi: - Enjoy high-speed internet via Starlink satellite WiFi.
