Classic Rowhouse in Federal Hill

This classic Baltimore Federal Hill rowhouse is conveniently located to many local attractions. Light and Charles Streets, the center of the Federal Hill restaurant and bar scene, are just two/three blocks away and within a mile of the Inner Harbor, Ft. McHenry, and Locust Point. Walk to the Ravens/Orioles stadiums in 30 min (drive in 8!). House includes parking spot - easy parking after the 5 min drive from 1-95. With 2 queen beds and 2 full baths, it's the perfect spot for a group or family! The space One bedroom is on the second floor, in a loft-like space that includes the bedroom and a full bathroom. The second bedroom is on the basement level - which is ground level of the rowhouse - and includes the washer/dryer and another full bathroom. Because each bedroom is located on an entire level of the house (top level and bottom level) neither room has a door (bathrooms have doors). The main level of the house includes the living room and kitchen, and is accessible via steps up to the front door or steps up the back deck. Guest access Guests may access the entire property throughout their stay Other things to note This house is on a residential street with neighbors who live full time here. We ask our guests to be respectful of the community. Therefore, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. This is also a NO SMOKING HOUSE. If the house smells like smoke upon departure, you will be charged for an additional cleaning fee.
