Whether you're watching the great room's 65” flat-screen 4K Smart TV, or relaxing with a good book in the upstairs loft, this vacation rental is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the lake. The loft features a pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress for the ultimate in comfort. Both of the cabin's bedrooms offer queen beds, flat-screen 43” 4K Smart TVs, outdoor access, and en-suite bathrooms so you’re sure to emerge well-rested and ready for adventure. Other things to note Key Residence Features: - Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 4 flat-screen 4K HDR TVs, a 1,200-square-foot wraparound deck, a fire pit, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), 5-person hot tub, free WiFi, in-unit laundry machines, a wood-burning fireplace (firewood bundle available for $25 upon request), floor-to-ceiling windows, a furnished loft, ample parking, and more! - Unbeatable Broken Bow Location - Near Beaver's Bend State Park, 10 minutes from Mountain Fork River, 1 mile (5 minutes) from Broken Bow Lake, 3 miles (5-7 minutes) to the NEW Choctaw Landing Casino and a short drive from several wineries, restaurants, etc. - Nearest Major Airport: Texarkana Regional Airport (~92 miles away) - All pets must be approved prior to booking. $85 per pet, per stay. If pets not disclosed and paid for prior to check-in, $150 fee, per pet will be charged. Please make sure they are not on any of the furniture and try to scoop up any excessive fur left behind. We also ask that they do their business outside of common areas and driveways and must be crated if left alone in the cabin. -Monthly rates are only available for January and February.
