This home is perfect for fishing, scalloping, diving, swimming with manatees in the springs, or just relaxing on the porch and watching wildlife go by. You will often see manatees and dolphin swim right by the dock! Just minutes away from all Homosassa has to offer - restaurants, State Park, boat ramps, and springs. The dock is still usable and accessible. We do not have control over the pool contractors schedule or when they may show up to complete pool project. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and private balcony; three other king bedrooms; and a full bathroom with tub. Downstairs there is a full bathroom with tub. There is plenty of room to relax or play with a living/dining room containing an eight-person dining table and super-comfortable couch AND a family room with a couch, bar, ping-pong table, and giant connect-four. The large kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need during your stay. There are 4 smart TVs, including a 75" 4K with surround sound in the living room, as well as TVs in the game room, kids' room, and master bedroom. ***We are not a wedding, event, or party venue. We are happy to provide a large space for our guests to spread out and enjoy themselves; however, out of respect for our neighbors, we have a strict no party/event/gathering policy. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people, and no more than that may be on the property at any time.*** ***NO DOGS. In an effort to keep the house allergen-free, we are completely pet-free.
