The space We’re also only six miles from the main Killington and Pico base areas, and within walking distance to local snowmobile tours—ideal for guests who want to do it all. After a day on the mountain, unwind in our 100-degree outdoor heated pool, open year-round for that perfect après-ski soak. Visiting outside of ski season? You’re in for a treat. Cedarbrook is a short drive from Vermont’s charming small towns, vibrant fall foliage, scenic hiking trails, and summer adventures. Whether you’re here for winter thrills, autumn beauty, or a peaceful summer getaway, Cedarbrook is your four-season Vermont retreat. ​​​​​​​This spacious ground-floor unit in Cedarbrook Building #3 offers a convenient and comfortable stay with a view of the brook and parking area. Ideal for families or small groups, the layout provides both privacy and shared space for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures. The common area features a queen sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a small dining table for two. A well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker—perfect for light meals or snacks. The private bedroom includes two full XL beds, a second TV, a small table with seating for two, and an attached full bathroom. There is also an additional full bathroom accessible from the common space. Guests at Cedarbrook enjoy access to a variety of on-site amenities, including a sitting area, small library, and fitness room. You can also take advantage of complimentary coffee served daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Cedarbrook office sitting area. And after a day exploring Killington, relax in our large outdoor heated pool, open year-round. Guest access The following are your arrival instructions and confirmation. Office/Check-in Location: Cedarbrook at Killington, 8463 Route 4, Killington, Vermont Late check-in instructions (after 9 p.m.) will be provided in your confirmation email. Other things to note • The outdoor heated pool has varying hours depending on the season. Please call the office for the current open and closing times. • A communal, coin-operated washer and dryer and fitness area are available on site until 8:00 PM. • There is no shuttle service to or from Cedarbrook. • A $150 security deposit (authorization hold only) will be collected upon arrival. • NO smoking / NO pets allowed.
