You’ll love this condominium building which is a 100-year-old warehouse that has been converted into multiple upscale SOHO style apartments. This unit has a large open floor plan, great kitchen, and comfortable beds. It is ideal for couples, small families, and business travelers. There is a multitude of various shops, entertainment, restaurants, bars, art, architecture, and cultural events, all within walking distance. The space This unit is extremely charming! Its downtown location is ideally located for urban adventuring. With that being said there is going to be some ambient city noise, light sleepers are encouraged to bring sleeping aids that work best for you. We have a private wifi connection that is password protected and internet speeds that are good for conducting business. If skiing or snowboarding is your thing, you will be within a 35-mile drive from Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons ski resorts. Or a 35-mile to 4 other world-class ski resorts in Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons. Guest access We have a private parking space that is located within a gated parking lot on the premises. A remote control to the automated parking gate is provided for our guests. Be advised, the parking spaces are designed for the average size vehicles. It can accommodate standard-size trucks and vans although it may be a little tight on either side. I park my F-150 there often and it is fine. There is also a large metered parking lot to the south of our building that can accommodate much larger vehicles that is fairly inexpensive.
