Van Pugh park is across the street. 7,000 sq ft, heated pool/spa, easy walk to dock, lake view. This is a vacation rental of a residential transient occupancy nature only. No commercial events, weddings and/or activities allowed. The master bedroom is on the top floor with amazing lake views, a king size bed and 2 single beds. It has an en-suite bathroom. There is a bunk room with 2 bunk beds that use the hall bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a king bed that has an en-suite. This is the bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. There is a third bedroom on the same level with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The basement level has 2 bonus rooms that both have king beds and share a large bathroom. Jack and Jill. One of these rooms also has a queen bunk bed with single bed on top. There is private full bathroom off the basement living room and another outside by the pool area. We live in a quiet neighborhood and have neighbors that are very sensitive to noise and will report us to the Hall County code officer if things get too loud. Hall County noise ordinance: AT ALL TIMES it shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue or cause to be made or continued any loud, unnecessary or unusual sound or noise which unreasonably annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others in Hall County, Georgia, and which is audible to a person of normal hearing ability more than 100 feet from the point of origin of this sound or noise. This includes yelling, shouting, hooting, whistling or singing so as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort, or repose of persons in the vicinity. MarKen Manor is a non-smoking home. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home or garage. Smoking is only allowed outside. There is a $500 fee if any evidence of smoke is found inside the home. There is a $150 per visit, per pet fee. All pets must be approved by home owner. HOT TUB is heated daily from 6p to 10p at no charge. For an extra $300 we can heat the hot tub all day. POOL is heated for an extra $600. Boat and jet ski rentals are available at many marinas close to our home, including Aqualand and Holiday Marinas. All bedrooms are on the top floor or basement level. There are no bedrooms on the main level. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
