Two of the bedrooms feature jetted bathtubs to revive your sore muscles after a day of skiing or hiking. Our home also features beautiful views of Pagosa Peak out the back, a 5 minute drive to the hot springs, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and even a brewpub! Archuleta County Permit: 024590 Our home is perfect for 2 or 3 families traveling together. There is plenty of space to spend time together and plenty of opportunities for privacy. We offer expanded cable and a Roku Soundbar for streaming your favorite movies and TV programs. On the back patio you will find a gas grill and a small charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. The well equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy cooking meals with friends and family. For those with mobility issues, we have a downstairs master with walk-in shower and wide doorways. If you are coming to ski, we have a 2-car garage that offers plenty of room to store all your ski gear so you don't have to bring it in the house. Please note, that like most homes in Pagosa Springs, we do NOT have AC. In the summer, you may experience a couple of hours of warm afternoon temperatures. Never fear! If you open the windows and utilize the fans, you should stay comfortable until the cool evening mountain air has you running for a throw blanket. Just know that with Covid 19 regulations and heightened cleaning policies, we are sometimes unable to honor an early check-in or late check out request. Early Check-In or Late Check Out Fee: $50 per hour Guests will have access to the entire home and garage. As our guest, you will also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center which is located across the street from us. At the rec center you will find fitness classes, heated pool, hot tub, and workout room. Please note: There is a daily fee to access the rec center. Even though we live full-time in another state, we have a property manager who is on call 24 hours a day. We will also be available for questions or concerns via the AirBnB ap. Pagosa Lakes Amenities’ Our home is located in the Pagosa Lakes Neighborhood. Renting a home in our neighborhood gives you access to the amenities below. LAKES PLPOA Lakes are private. Only owners and renters in PLPOA can use the lakes for recreating. Swimming is NOT allowed in the lakes nor the use of any pool float, inner-tube or foam lounge chairs. FISHING Being a short -term renter in PLPOA allows you to purchase fishing passes during your stay. If you fish without a pass you will be issued a ticket. You may purchase a fishing permit across the street at the rec center. Weekly Permit: $40 Adults, $15 Youth (6-12) Daily Permit: $20 Adult, $10 Youth (6-12) BOATING All boats must be registered, all trailered boats must be inspected before launching. Please see our boating regulations on the PLPOA website. RECREATION CENTER The PLPOA Rec Center is a private facility. Only owners and renters in PLPOA can purchase passes to utilize the Rec Center. Being a short term renter in PLPOA allows you to purchase a pass during your stay.
