Mama K's Casita - Tranquil Golf Course Condo

Peaceful, luxury 2 bed, 2 bath retreat in the beautiful Catalina foothills. Recently renovated with the charm and coziness you'll love to come home to after a day out hiking, mountain biking, golfing, horseback riding or any other outdoor activity you choose to enjoy. The patio backs up to the golf course, so you can enjoy crisp mornings with coffee or tea, or settling evenings reading a book or drinking a glass of vino while watching the sun go down. The space Since we come back and visit family here in the Tucson area, this is a home away from home for us. We've set it up to be cozy and comfy for us, and our hope is that you'll enjoy it as we do. But if you're able to work remotely, we've got you covered with high speed wifi and a desk in the primary bedroom. The unit gets great afternoon sun which is perfect for an afternoon nap on the chaise! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo. Shortly before arrivals, guests will be sent a code to use for unlocking and locking the front door of the condo. Other things to note Our property is pet friendly, but we limit pets to two small dogs, no more than 20 lbs each. If you'd like to bring a larger dog or additional pets, please send us a request, and depending on the circumstances, we might be able to work something out. Our pet fee is $100 per animal per stay, with the animals totaling no more than 40lb collectively. For any other accommodations, that fee will be negotiable. Additionally, if pets are brought without notification to the host prior to the stay, the host reserves the right to charge the pet fee for the stay and an additional $50 fee. For the pups, we've got a doggie basket that includes two dog bowls, towels to wipe them off or clean paws, a medium sized dog bed, and sheets to use on furniture if you'd like to have your pets on the couch or chair.
