This bright and spacious Red Rock Retreat is two blocks from Uptown shops and restaurants, with all of the action, but none of the noise! Lounge on the deck before breakfast or in the hot tub after a hike. Enjoy the sunset on the red rock from the dining table. Watch a movie on our large smart TVs. With spacious seating areas, in the den, kitchen and on the deck, there is plenty of space to convene with friends or family. Check-in is 4pm: we do our best to provide the house earlier! The space Bright and airy with skylights and high ceilings, this light -filled home makes for a perfect peaceful getaway surrounded by trees and a large natural garden. Included are all the comforts of home: great mattresses, linens, and a well appointed kitchen. The entertainment centers include DirectTV streaming, with televisions in the bedrooms and living areas. High speed internet Wi-Fi supports your favorite streaming choices. Guest access The house, yard, spacious deck and parking area is fully available to you. The garage however is locked. There is no one else on the property. There’s plenty of parking in front of the house and alongside the garage in the shade. Other things to note The lovely deck provides access to the backyard. If you have a toddler, you will want to put up gates. There is a fully fenced backyard if you happen to bring a furry companion. Be advised that there is wildlife in the neighborhood – – coyotes and javelinas are abundant. The base pet hospitality fee is $60 for one pet and $100 for two, per week. Limit 2 pets. (If our cleaning crew charges us more, we will share the invoice and kindly ask you to cover the addition. One hundred percent of these fees are allocated to our cleaning team.) For stays longer than 5 nights, we ask that you have a mid week cleaning. Stays over six nights, we insist so that we may maintain the high levels of cleanliness to which we are committed. For COVID concerns, please reach out to us directly that we may together determine how this may be done safely. There are two rollaway beds kept in the house that are very comfortable. The linens are there, as well. We leave these beds for you to set up where you desire. We are movie lovers, so the house is stocked for you. Please LEAVE the movies in the house upon your departure. They are not parting gifts.
