This 2 bedroom beach house is the perfect spot to get away. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen size beds. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with access to all the entertainment platforms. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated with a large sofa that pulls out into a comfortable bed. There is a Blu-ray DVD player and Wii U with 4 remote controls with games for the kids, as well as a breakfast table for two and TV trays for comfortable dinning during movies.. The space The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped with anything you could need. If you enjoy cooking, you will love this kitchen! There is a back room that has been converted into another living area with a couch that pulls out into a bed and a smart TV, DVD player and Wii for the kids. Also located in this area is a bar with stools for dining. The laundry room is full service and there for your convenience. There are also basic cleaning supplies should you need to tidy up after a day at the beach. The bathroom is also newly renovated leaving it very clean and modern. There is storage for your toiletries all around the bathroom. The back yard is fenced in with a covered sitting area, Webber grill and brick fireplace. The house is located blocks from the ocean with free parking, making beach trips simple. We provide beach towels, beach blankets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers free of charge during your stay. Around the corner is the intercostal waterway with a fishing pier and kayak launching dock. This is the place you will want to be when the sun starts setting, so grab a cocktail and head over to the pier and enjoy some of Florida's most beautiful sights. Guest access the entire house is for guest use. Other things to note The area is full of things to do and restaurants to visit. We love the Flagler Fish company, and while you are in the area make sure you visit the Flagler pier which juts out into the ocean giving you a detailed view of the Atlantic, you may even get a glimpse of a dolphin or manatee. The Daytona board walk is also a must see and if you are a nature enthusiast you should take a drive through or visit one of the many national parks that surround the area. With Orlando just a hop and a skip down the road, planning a day trip to one of their amazing amusement parks is as simple as purchasing the tickets on-line and getting in the car. The beaches at Ormond-by-the-Sea are quiet and family friendly making a day at the beach and falling asleep in the sand an easy accomplishment. Should you require a night full of excitement and new people the bars and clubs of Daytona are just 10 miles away.
