This gorgeous townhouse that is just steps away from North Conway, walk to the Muddy Moose for dinner and drinks. Every smart device you can think of has been thought of, less than 5 minutes to Cranmore, the outlets for shopping, 15 minutes to Attitash, tons of trails for hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. Three full bathrooms, three queen beds, 2 single beds. WIFI, cable, 70 inch TV set up for gaming, foosball table, three levels of space so everyone can spread out. The space This Home is in a quiet family neighborhood with many full-time residents. This means we follow best in class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. The home is equipped with Noise Aware Technology that measures noise levels throughout the property and allows us to respond without disrupting your stay Noise Aware is 100% privacy compliant, we have a strict quiet hour of 10 pm to 9 am, if noise is louder than our accepted levels, we will be notified. We do this so we can have the right to rent our home in the future and to be good neighbors. NOTE: YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE OR MORE TO RENT OUR HOME. NOTE: We provide one towel per guest listed on reservation, if you would like more please bring your own. NOTE: If you leave any items behind and we need to ship the charge will be a minimum of $50. Please double check you have all of your belongings. NOTE: If it happens to snow overnight while you are staying with us, please move your cars to the overflow parking area so our parking spaces and parking lot can be plowed, thank you. Guest access Guest will let themselves in with an electronic key pad Other things to note You can walk into town but it still feels like you are away and secluded its truly the best of both worlds. The pool is now open for the summer. Code is 6030 and please take note of the following: NOTE: We have black bears in the area which won't hurt you but they are always hungry and they are very smart and know how to open car doors, so please don't put any trash outside, and lock your car doors. Please lock the gate after you leave. There are no chairs at the pool, everyone needs to bring their own chairs to the pool. Carry in and carry out for all items. The pool house is permanently closed. Pool hours are dawn until dusk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
