Main House – 1,100 sq ft with beautiful hardwood floors 2. Detached King Suite Cottage – 270 sq ft with its own bathroom and mini kitchen The King Cottage has a private entrance through a gate at the end of the driveway. It’s separated from the main yard by a small privacy fence, perfect for added seclusion. Entry Info: • A few steps are required to enter the home • You’ll receive keyless entry codes - no keys needed • Doors auto-lock; please don’t use the knob locks or you may get locked out Parking Notes: • The driveway has a steep incline • Gated parking is available on a flat area behind the fence – The gate opens manually by lifting the cane bolts – Be sure to tie back each gate to prevent swinging into your vehicle • If using gated parking, one guest must still enter through the front door to unlock the kitchen door from inside • There’s also plenty of regular driveway parking available Security: • Ring Video Doorbell at the front door • Ring Motion Detector Floodlight Camera on the King Cottage overlooking the gated parking area and the right side of the home • Motion-sensor lights around the home for added visibility and safety This is a well-loved home, not a hotel — please treat it as you would your own. If anything comes up during your stay, we’ll do our best to assist promptly, though we are not on-site 24/7. Other things to note During your stay, you may see maintenance on the property mowing the lawn or clearing leaves and/or gutters or other exterior maintenance, depending on the time of the year. We have a Nest thermostat that can be controlled remotely, please do not set cooling below 68 degrees or the unit can freeze up for up to 24 hours.
