The space OVERVIEW Orchid Estate is a massive 5,500sqft 6BD/6BA home that's impeccably decorated, cleaned, stocked, and ready for your visit. As both SuperHosts and a Guest Favorite, we focus on every detail to make sure your stay with us exceeds expectations. Feel free to contact us with any pre-reservation questions or special requests. ABOUT YOUR HOSTS This beautifully appointed and spacious home is a place that Michele and I intend to spend our twilight years, lounging in the pool and having large family gatherings with our five children and (eventual) grandchildren. Until then, we are offering it for short term rental to mature and respectful individuals that appreciate the work that has gone into the home and will act as caretakers and good neighbors during their stay. BEDROOMS 1st Floor Owners Suite features a King bed, private seating area with 65" TV, wall to wall closets, ceiling fan, dimmable lighting, direct access to the Media Room, private master bathroom with soaking tub and dual vanities. Huge walk-in shower with dual showerheads, body sprayer and bench. Water closet hidden by frosted glass door. 1st Floor Bedroom #2 features a Queen bed, large closet, ceiling fan, private 55" TV and is located right next to the bathroom. 1st Floor Bedroom #3 is all about the family and features three twin beds (bunks), Queen bed, 65" TV, play table, ceiling fan, huge closet armoire, sky lights, and lounge chairs with foot rests. 1st Floor Bedroom #4 offers a King bed, ceiling fan, direct access to the outside, an attached common area bathroom, 55" TV, and it's own A/C system. 2nd Floor Bedroom # 5 features two Queen beds, 55" TV, private balcony, seating area, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and private bathroom. 2nd Floor Bedroom # 6 features two Queen beds, 55" TV, private balcony, seating area, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and private bathroom. AMENITIES Inside the home you'll find everything you need for your stay, including all the essential supplies, utensils, and high-end KitchenAid natural gas appliances. The pantries are stocked with enough dishes for any size group and every bathroom includes plenty of soap, freshly washed bath, makeup and hand towels. The Media Room features a projector with 100" screen, 1000W sound system for an intense movie experience, billiard table, board games, kitchenette with full bathroom, and direct access to both the Master Bedroom and backyard. Outside you'll find plenty of lounge seating, a huge pool with baja ledge and water feature, heated spa, fountain, dual pergolas for shade, Lynx 48" BBQ with infrared burners and side burners, sun sail, multiple lounge chairs, pool towels, palm trees, four ceiling fans, putt-putt with fringe and putters. EXTRA FEES & POLICIES Maximum occupancy for the home is 14 adults and up to six children. Spa Heat included with rental price. Pool heat charged separately at $75/day (usually less) based on season. Early check-in and late check-out offered free of charge but only when available. Cleaning fee is $400, which means WE do all the cleaning and YOU get to relax. At the end of your trip lock the doors and go home. No other cleaning required! Garage not available, but there is parking for four vehicles in the driveway and additional free street parking if required. PLEASE NOTE: Parties, smoking on property, drug use, videography, and pets are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Guests who violate these policies will be asked to immediately vacate the home and forfeit the balance of their reservation. If upon checkout the home smells of smoke or marijuana a $300 deodorization fee will be charged to your account. Guest access The entire home is for your private use during your stay. Access is through a smart lock with self check-in. A unique code will be included in your reservation details.
