This private home sits directly across from Prairieville Park Boat Launch on the north side of Gull Lake, and is located 15 miles from Kalamazoo, Michigan, and is 3 miles north of Richland. The space This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has two bedrooms with Queen beds and one bedroom with a Queen bed and an extra long twin bed. There is pull out sofa on the main floor and a roll away bed that can be placed in any room. The main floor living/dining area is spacious, with rich dark wood floors. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a 5 burner gas stove. There is a Keurig and a drip coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, tea pot, blender, mixer, cookware, a propane gas grill outside, and place settings for 10. The second floor laundry room is also available for use. All furnishings in the house were brand new in 2017 and are well taken care of. The enclosed porch is lined with windows that overlook the boat launch, and there is a pizza restaurant/full bar next door. Guest access The park/boat launch across the street has a great picnic area with outdoor grills, modern bathrooms, a playground for the kids, and a sandy beach for swimming. We also provide a seasonal pass to enter the park if you want to launch your boat. Please note that the house is located across the street from the lake, and there is not a place to dock your boat overnight at the boat launch. There is private parking behind the house with enough space to park 4-5 cars, and there is room to park your boat. Other things to note Beach towels are provided.
