Remodeled and beautiful, this condo is located right next to the Boyne Tennis and Pickleball Center and a short walk to the shared Mtn Villa pool. Short drive to Boyne Golf courses. Located right at the base of the Mountain and yards from the base of the Boyneland lift, short walk to Avalanche Bay Waterpark and the Mountain Grand Lodge. Three bedrooms with a loft, two full bathrooms, den and kitchen. Comfortable and cozy, a great place to stay, year-round. The space The first room in this condo has a king bed, the second has two queen beds and the third has another queen. The loft has two queen beds. Sleeps 12. Also, two full bathrooms, den, kitchen. The Mountain Villa Village is a perfect place to stay when at Boyne Mountain. Right at the base of the mountain, it is a short walk to all restaurants, shops, SkyBridge, Mountain Grand Lodge, Avalanche Bay Waterpark and Tennis/Pickleball Center. Boyne Mountain Adventure Center offers much to do at the resort. There are fees associated with many activities, but many are also free such as bike trails, tennis/pickleball, and hiking trails. Short drive to Boyne City, Petoskey, Charlevoix, and East Jordan. One hour to Mackinac City to catch the ferry to Mackinac Island. Guest access Guests will have the full condo for their stay. Other things to note This condo does not have a sleeper sofa or washer/dryer. There is a small coin laundromat available in the village.
