You'll have paccess to private docks, outdoor living areas, kayaks and a garden gazebo. You won’t need to venture off the property to take in all the natural beauty the area has to offer. A direct riverfront, 8000 square foot property with 7 private suites. Each suite has their own full kitchen, bathroom(s), and bedroom(s). Utilizing separate entrances, you and your traveling companions will have all the privacy you need. Enjoy shared access to 1.2 acres of beautiful gardens, docks, and outdoor living areas at this historic property. Includes the Following: Basics: Dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, 12 cup coffee pot, High quality bedding, linens, pillows, plush bath towels. Fun Items: Beach chairs, cooler, full size propane grill. Kayaks are provided for guest use. The kayaks are first come, first serve, for all guests staying on the Ballard Estate property. Per state law, anybody under the age of 18 must wear a life vest at all times while kayaking. Adults must posses the life vest with them on the kayak. Not "Fun" Items: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner. Living Area Includes: cable TV and smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video. Iron, ironing board, blow dryer. Kitchen: Kitchen with oven, electric range, refrigerator, and microwave. NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items of any kind, toiletries, personal items. Note: All paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your group uses more than the standard amount, you will need to purchase separately. Please message us for any other questions about the property. You'll have 100% private access to your 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment/suite. In addition, you'll have shared access to the 1.2 acre estate grounds. This includes; gardens, docks and outdoor living areas. Our hosts are always readily available to assist you by message, phone, or in person. We respect your privacy and will only be on site when requested or if necessary. Car suggested for traveling throughout the area. *10 pm local noise ordinance strictly enforced. No tolerance policy. *No Parties or gatherings! All additional visitors must be approved by host. *Parking for Ballard Estate guests only. No visitor parking provided. *Do not block any neighboring driveways or you will be towed. *No animals permitted on the property. *No smoking or vaping inside the home. Automatic $250 fine.
