There are two full bathrooms, one on the main level has a bathtub shower combo, the one on the second level is a walk in shower. The home has central air and 5G fast WiFi. There is a dedicated work space in one of the bedrooms with Ethernet hookup. The house has a generator, so no need to worry about loss of electricity. There is a free EV charger. The home has a well stocked kitchen with a Nespresso and anything you can possibly need to cook during your stay. Large dining table seats 9 and gorgeous great room with generous seating. We have multiple outdoor seating areas, lawn games, board games, toys, books, high chair, pack and play, and free firewood. Plenty of towels and amenities. Laundry room available to guests. There is plenty to do and see inside the home and on the acre and a half of land. Enjoy outdoor firepit, birdwatch from the living room, read a book. Relax at Broadview Retreat House. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and it's surrounding property. There is a driveway large enough for 6 cars, maybe a trailer if needed. The garage and the attic and one closet are off limits to quests. There are surveillance cameras outdoors only. There is the potential to encounter black bears and therefore garbage must be locked at all times. Other things to note At this time the house is not allowing pets big or small. Also, no parties, only people in the reservation are permitted in the house. This is a quiet neighborhood and observes quiet after 9pm. We take cleaning very seriously and have duvets on all comforters. This is in the middle of nature which is why we love it, but it also means you may encounter a bug here and there. Leaving doors closed helps. Also, Bears are still active, please remove all food and clean BBQ each time. The house is set up to be user friendly and we leave items that you can use to make it as if you are staying in your own home. For example, there is a wood burning fireplace. However, you need to be familiar with how to start a fire and all the components of a wood burning fireplace before using it. Occasionally an appliance will malfunction and finding a professional to fix it immediately is not feasible. We will make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay with reasonable accommodations but typically 24-48 hours is the time a repair can be expected. We have up to date appliances so this should not be an issue.There is a whole house generator to alleviate the possibility of no power, but we cannot prevent acts of nature from affecting your stay. The driveway and walkways will be shoveled once or twice a day but it is not guaranteed to be done directly before you arrive.
