The main level of the house features a living room with a stone (gas) fireplace, walls of windows framing the stunning mountain lake view, and a soaring cedar ceiling with wooden beams, capturing the ultimate Lake Chelan lifestyle. The main level also includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom (king bed) with gas fireplace and en suite bathroom, half bathroom, a laundry area, and two entrances to the outdoor furnished deck that overlooks the backyard oasis. The upper level consists of a bedroom (full bed and twin bunk set) and full bathroom. The lower level has two bedrooms (one with king bed and one with queen bed), a full bathroom, large living area, full kitchen, dining area, laundry area, and an entrance to the outdoor area. The outdoor area includes a seasonal heated pool, year-round hot tub, basketball hoop, croquet set, Weber gas barbeque grill, multiple seating areas, patio with a large table for meals with family and friends, garden water feature, propane-fueled fire pit, and small pool house with a half bathroom and an outdoor shower (seasonal beginning June 1). Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, game space, pool and hot tub. Some closets are locked for owner and housekeeping use. Other things to note County permit: STR-000247 Pool is seasonal (May to end of September) Day guests not permitted. 4 car max. Age requirements to book (30+) Boat/jet ski parking available. Occupancy is 10 adults however 2 additional children can be added for $20 per night per child. Infants must be included in guest count per Chelan County code. For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are 5 security cameras installed around the exterior of the property. Any Guest that manipulates one or more cameras (powers off, removes, changes position/camera view) will be charged an additional $500.00 fee, in addition to the cost of any damages, if applicable. Service pets not permitted due to homeowner allergies. Fireplaces not for use. Rental agreement to be signed after booking is confirmed. Basketball cannot be played between 8pm-9am.
