A beautiful historical home, walking distance to everything. The Bnb unit is one whole side of an 1835 side-by-side duplex with private entrance and patio. The main rental is set up for four with two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) with 1.5 baths. HOWEVER an adjoining additional bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom may be added upon request for additional fee to accommodate up to 6 people. Comfortably furnished with fully outfitted kitchen and cotton linens. All bedrooms are up stairs. Lovingly renovated to include modern comforts such as central heating and cooling and tastefully decorated. Your kitchen entrance opens onto a private stone patio overlooking the gardens. This is the 'Second North House' built in 1835 by Charlotte and John North when they left the First North House which is now The North House Museum. The beds are natural memory foam, the sheets fine cotton, with duvets and fluffy pillows. The towels are 100% cotton and the shampoos and hand soaps are natural and high quality. You have your own fully outfitted kitchen, private updated baths and an outdoor grill on a private patio. Private and quiet, yet one short block from the quaint historical center. Guest access Parking on street with lit walkway to your private entrance. There is a washer and dryer in the home. There is air conditioning, forced air heat, and a gas fireplace. Other things to note The two bedrooms are on the second floor so visitors must be able to climb stairs. There is a third bedroom available, with a queen bed, and a private en suite full bathroom , also upstairs, for an additional $75 charge/night for groups up to 6. Request ahead to ensure availability. Up to two well-behaved dogs allowed $50 per pet. Must be treated for fleas and not allowed on the furniture.
