Our luxurious chalet offers 3 levels of living and can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. 5 Bedrooms , 3 Full Baths & Large Recreation/Game room with 2 separate living areas. This is your home away from home conveniently located in Towamensing Trails; short walk from the Community Lake, few minute drive to Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski area and many more attractions. Bring your Boat and launch at Beltzville Lake just a 20 min drive. First Floor has a cozy living room with gas burning fireplace, 42'' LED TV along with large custom windows, formal dining area which opens up to modern kitchen and a huge deck in the backyard with a hot tub facing a serene view of the backyard. The first floor also includes a full bath, 1st bedroom with a king bed with 32'' LED TV and a 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Premier audio speaker system (bluetooth) in Living Room, Dining and Kitchen ceilings with separate speaker system in the Game Room ceiling. Second Floor: Grand and spacious primary Bedroom features comfortable King Bed, Full Bath, vaulted ceilings and 32'' LED TV. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs one with a Queen Bed and another that has a Queen and a bunk bed (two twins). The bunk room is Wilderness themed complete with a stargazing projector and tee-pee tent. Full hallway bathroom is common. Lower level Game Room includes a classic pocket pool table with a ping pong table conversion, Air Hockey, Basketball double shot, X-Box, Golden Tee, and Foosball table. You can relax and watch Movies on the 60'' LED TV in front of the cozy electric fireplace. Also there is a queen size pull out sleeper sofa bed. There is fun to be had by everyone in the Game Room. High Speed WiFi connection exist throughout the entire house. **we do not provide personal toiletries** Please Note: A Vehicle Registration Form is required for this community and lease signing. Towamensing Trails Amenities: Community Pool, Lake, Beach, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Beach Volleyball Courts, Ball Field and Playground. Snack Bar and Boat Rentals in Summer Season. Fishing (PA License Required)- Catch and release rule in effect. Community Center, which hosts many recreational activities. No personal boats allowed just rentals. No alcohol served at clubhouse. The community requires badges to use the amenities. These are provided to you upon your arrival. Children ages six (6) and under do not require badges. There are 8 badges included in the rental. There are additional day passes available to purchase at a cost of $10 per person for one day amenity access if you need more than the 8 badges provided with the rental. The rental guest on the rental packet envelope must bring ID and packet with them to purchase. They can be purchased at the boat rental stand located at the lake beach area, cash only, no large bills, hours are 11am-5pm. There are towel sets for 12 guests. Please advise if more are needed. Parking available for up to 7 vehicles. The community amenities are open weekends only from Memorial Day to Father's day. Then open all week until Labor day. Dogs must be housebroken, no puppies (must be at least a year). Dogs must be leashed at all times outside of the house. Guests must clean up and dispose of all dog "potty breaks". Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Pool and beach hours are 11am-6pm. (subject to change per the community) If you are staying during summertime bring beach towels, chairs and umbrella. They do not provide them or rent them at the beach or pool area. Owner has no control over community closings. Guest to provide each vehicle license info for community passes and sign lease/disclosures.The pool and lake beach are only open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Weekends only until fathers day weekend than open full time. Guest access There is off street parking for 7 cars in the paved driveway. No street parking available. Other things to note The community requires Badges to use the amenities. Guests 6yrs and younger do not need a badge. There are 8 badges included with the rental. There are day passes available to purchase at a cost of $10 per person for one day amenity access if you need more than the 8 badges provided with the rental. There is a 14 total badge limit including the 8 provided. They can be purchased at the boat rental stand located at the lake beach area, cash only ,small bills ( 11am-6pm). The rental guest on the rental packet envelope must bring ID and packet with them to purchase. The pool , beach and other amenities are open during summer season. Pool and beach hours are 11am-6pm. (subject to change per the community). All 8 badges need to be returned upon departure. There is a $100 charge if badges are not all returned. If you are staying during summertime bring beach towels, chairs and umbrella. They do not provide them or rent them at the beach or pool area. Owner has no control over community closings. Guest to provide each vehicle license info for community passes and sign lease/disclosures.The pool and lake beach are only open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Weekends only until fathers day weekend than open full time. The guest must dispose of garbage at designated area before departure.
