We are proud to provide a private, safe space and we don't charge cleaning fees! The space A private suite with an Adirondack design and private entrance that comfortably sleeps 2 to 3. We are walking distance to the village of Clinton NY with its unique shops & eateries, 2 miles from Hamilton College and 20 miles from Colgate University. We are at the "Foothills of the Adirondacks". Private entrance and bath, Adirondack style, use of yard, patio and outdoor fireplace. Memory foam queen mattress. We have an electric fireplace to get cozy and air conditioning for sticky summer nights! Back yard, fireplace, patio with table and chairs We are available when needed either by phone or in person. We love the quaint village of Clinton and the Hamilton College grounds. We are nearby the Utica Club Brewery, Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute, the Utica Zoo and the renown Bouckville Antique Show. We are on the bus line, taxis are available and the close proximity to the Village of Clinton makes walking our favorite choice! As you might guess we are Adirondack enthusiasts. In one hour you can be in the Adirondack Park. Whether you are an active individual or love to sit with a good book everyone should visit the park and all it has to offer. We will be happy to give details of places to visit when you stay. Guest access When staying at the Evergreen Suite the space is yours and private. There is parking for two cars and access to our spacious yard complete with fireplace. The Suite is attached to the main house but does not share common space. Your entrance, room and bath belong only to you. Other things to note When you arrive at our address, simply pull into our driveway to the rear and right hand side, that is your spot! There is room for two cars and space to turn around to pull out. You will see a stone patio on the right and a set of French doors off the rear of our home and that is the entrance to the Suite.
