Clean and Comfy! Sitting above 21 acres of undeveloped hill country, you'll enjoy modern amenities while staying in our Guest Barn. Complete privacy, as you will have the entire Guest Barn to yourself. Two Bedrooms, two bathrooms, with a full kitchen and living room. All linens provided. All linens, including Duvet covers on beds are washed after every guest. We are a private hill top. Only registered guests are allowed. This is a non smoking property. The space You have absolute privacy but are not completely alone in the woods. This type of vacation is for those who want the most amazing views and privacy but don’t mind sharing the circle driveway, grill and swimming pool. With three buildings on a private hill, we call this "Our Hill Town". We loved visiting some of the beautiful hill towns of Italy and we feel as if we have discovered our very own Hill Town here in Dripping Springs. We are surrounded by wineries, wedding venues and breweries. You will enjoy a 270 degree view of the hill country! The privacy and views will amaze you. Minutes away from Camp Lucy, The Creek Haus, Bell Springs Winery, Hawks Shadow Winery, Texas Hill Country Olive Company and many more! The driveway is paved and is .8 miles long. Enjoy a daily stroll down and back to the gate, or hike our 3-mile loop on a wide path through the woods, down a long caliche road that winds back to a main road which leads to our driveway and property. Our pool is lovely! It's 4 ft on both ends and 6 ft in the middle. Families welcome! Guest access We have a gated, private drive and private pool. The driveway, grill and swimming pool are shared with other Hill Town guests. Only guests registered with Airbnb are allowed on property. We ask that you don't share our gate code.
