The space The Treehouse is a unique 1.5-bedroom guest suite located on the second floor of a beautifully restored 1920s Craftsman property. The primary bedroom features a king bed that guests consistently describe as incredibly comfortable. Just off the primary bedroom is a private sleeping porch with its own door, dedicated A/C unit, and twin bed—perfect for a child, teen, or solo traveler. Please note that this room is accessed through the primary bedroom. For guests seeking additional privacy, the living room also features a pull-out sofa bed. Many groups choose to use the sofa bed instead of the sleeping porch, allowing guests to access the bathroom without walking through the primary bedroom during the night. After a day exploring downtown, relax beside the waterfall, cool off in the courtyard plunge pool, or enjoy a drink on your private balcony overlooking the treetops. Many guests choose to leave the car behind and use the complimentary beach cruisers to explore local restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and waterfront trails. Guests also have access to our tropical shared courtyard, a relaxing outdoor space featuring a waterfall, plunge pool, patio seating, dining table, and Weber BBQ (guests provide their own propane if grilling). While the courtyard and pool are shared with a few other guest suites on the property, many guests describe the space as peaceful, quiet, and often having it all to themselves. Complimentary beach cruisers are available for exploring the nearby parks, waterfront, restaurants, breweries, and downtown St. Pete attractions. One compact off-street parking space is provided behind the property. The space is best suited for small to midsize vehicles. Guests with larger SUVs or trucks may find nearby street parking on 10th Street or 14th Avenue more convenient. Detailed arrival and parking instructions will be provided prior to check-in.
