This beautiful, newly renovated vacation rental home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, with plenty of morning sun. Our house also sits on one of the largest lots in the village giving you room for small gatherings out on the back patio or playing an assortment of yard games Later in the afternoon, please feel comfortable sitting under the pergola or roasting s'mores around the fire pit. Our house offers 3 levels giving everyone plenty of room to move around and find their own space. The third floor: This space can be used as a private suite/ office with its own entertainment area, desk and printer or a great space for kids. The space sleeps 4-6 people with games, books, TV, and an Xbox. There is queen size bed, a full size couch and two sleep number mattresses (top end air mattresses) The Second floor: This space has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has an oversize queen bed. The second room offers a trundle style twin bed. Both provide extraordinary light. You are also welcome to use the washer and dryer located in between the two rooms. The master bathroom is also found on this floor and has everything you’ll need to make your stay comfortable including a soaker style tub. The first floor: The lay-out on this floor offers a great open space concept centered around the dining room. Our kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook your favorite meals. We have a lovely front parlor for lounging or reading from our assortment of magazines and books. The first floor also offers a full-size bathroom off the backdoor which makes it nice for kids running in and out…. If you’re interested in venturing out, Warwick has amazing restaurants, billiards and boutiques just foot-steps away, in addition to seasonal events and our local farmers market. Just a short hop away, we have beautiful wineries, orchards, hiking trails, Wawayanda State Park, skiing, golf and even disc golf courses. Please note that there is an additional pet fee of $60, which will be requested from you once you book your stay with us. (We would prefer that there are no pets on the third floor due to the Berber carpet) We are located in the center of two blocks . we request that everyone respect our neighbors while enjoying their stay here in Warwick. You are only a few blocks to the center of town. Places of interest: We are centrally located between two ski area and tons of hiking trails. Our home is conveniently, located in the middle of the village. Here is a small listing of my personal favorites spots to check out: Dinning: Pennings farm and cidery. its about 2miles out on route 94 near the grocery stores. Bairds tavern . 103main st. Its a historical treasure and a great place to sit for a pint... Breakfast: Fannies on railroad ave ( Reservations maybe needed. ) I also really like Country Dream, its about 2miles out of town. Very rustic and charming.
