Novicella Mountain Villa

A beautiful 6 bedroom house only 15 minutes from Penn State. Tickets can be included for some games along with tailgate options and accessories. The space There is a beautiful, fun, family-friendly outdoor area to compliment your weekend activities. Guest access All areas of the house except a few storage rooms in the basement and the closets will be inaccessible. Other things to note This is our home, it is not an official rental property. We will have it clean and straightened, but it’s still a regular home to 3 kids, 3 dogs, and a cat (none of whom will be here, but some of their stuff may be.). We had one renter say the largest place to hang out in our finished basement, because again, it’s a regular home, not an event venue.
