Great for large groups at the best resort on the east coast (prices good through December 2026-inquire about prices beyond that). Steps to the beach (walkway is right in front-less than a 2 minute walk and you are in sand). 'Southern Bliss' is spectacular! All BRs have their own full bathrooms (except for the bunk room). The space Great for large multi-generational families, tennis and golf outings, corporate and church retreats. Guest access You will have the whole house and whole lot. Other things to note Fast 500 Mbps WiFi Mesh network. Private large pool/spa (heated for a fee) in private backyard setting (due to community rules, it has no fence around it). Outside bar, grill area and fire pit. Unique, non-box design makes this house warm and welcoming. Weekly prices range from $10,950-29,950 ($156-428/night/room + fees) depending upon the season and days of the week. Gated resort allows up to 6 vehicles (pass included with price). Under the house is a semi-finished, usable area with games (ping pong, foosball, electronic dart board, corn hole, Bimini ring game). If that's not enough, discount golf and 2 hours of free tennis/pickleball court time each day! *IMPORTANT booking requirements*: No wedding groups are allowed (even if the wedding is held at a different location). There is a community zero noise policy after 10pm. Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals unless approval given by owner (great so you miss the heavy Saturday rental turnover traffic). To see the correct pricing you have to look at Sunday to Sunday, Sunday to Thursday, or Thursday to Sunday (for holiday weekends adjustments can be made so inquire about that).
