The home boasts a perfect set up of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There's also been a new 5th bedroom added above the new garage, which you can enjoy for an additional $50/night (inquire - extra room doesn't have A/C, but has a large window). Complete with the perfect modern rustic setting you expect from a Black Hills vacation. The property is located on a lot, so you have parking available at the property. Property access information will be delivered within the week of your arrival, but it's typically sent the night before arrival. Other things to note If you’re planning to ride your snowmobiles/ATV’s on the local trail system, a permit is required from the Black Hills National Forest. We'd be happy to direct you where to purchase them!
