We are located on the southern side of Appleton in a quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood. Our house is closely located to hwy 441 with an easy access to shops, restaurants, downtown, and Lawrence University (5 minutes away). Just a few blocks from us, there is a Starbucks, Target and a Fitness Center. Your drive from the Appleton Int Airport will take you less than 20 mins. We are 30 mins from Green Bay and a few minutes away from an Appleton shuttle bus service for each Packer home game. The space You will be staying in 2-story house on the second floor. The first floor has a living/dining room, kitchen, ½ bath, washer and dryer. While you visit, you are welcome to use our kitchen to cook, make coffee, relax or gather in our living room. Feel free to also use our laundry and store food in the refrigerator. One of us is working from home so we will typically be in the computer room downstairs while you visit. Your room is on the second floor next to your private full-bath. The room you will be staying is quiet, has a king-sized bed and a desk for you to work if you are on a business trip. Our private rooms and bath are on the opposite end of the floor. You are welcome to park overnight on the left side of our driveway in front of the third stall. Our home is pet and smoke free. When the weather allows please enjoy our patio and relax in the back yard. We'll be more than happy to answer questions and help as needed. Just shoot us a text. Other things to note Rates are higher during special events such as EAA and Packer games, but still lower than comparable local hotel accommodations.
