Pet Fee: $30 flat rate per pet per stay / 3 pets maximum The space We want you to feel like staying with your close friends. Our property is very versatile to serve you from just a relaxing vacation to small dinner night with friends and family. **We no longer accept wedding reception and big party requests** Exterior : Enclosed by tall trees and secured fence, our large yard allows you to have friends and family join you for an afternoon or evening of fun. We have boogie boards, beach gear, fire pit, grill, outdoor shower, outdoor heaters, and even an offic/extra room for your kids to camp out. It is also safe for pets to run around. Interior : The cottage has 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with queen sofa bed , 1 full kitchen and a dining nook. The space is clean, light, airy, and relaxing. TV and air/heat conditioning. Parking : You can park on driveway or street, both are covered with cctv cameras. **Photos by Pazut Studio Guest access Gate has a padlock, we encourage you to keep it locked at night and when you are away. Other things to note We DO NOT cater to a Spring Break type crowd, we prefer families, kids and pets who are respectful of our neighborhood.
