Welcome to our Lake House! We have made some wonderful memories here! We don't use it as much as we use to so we wanted to let other people enjoy it. This is the perfect getaway for city people who need some peace & quiet, as well as hunters, fisherman, water enthusiasts (no watercraft included but you can bring your own), and outdoor people of all kinds. It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina, which offers a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation or adventure begin! The cabin is a 2 bedroom 2 full bath with plenty of space for socializing inside and out (large screened in porch). It boasts 1 King Size bed in one bedroom and then 2 Queens in the other bedroom. Also, there are a couple of couches one of which is a sectional. Tons of parking available! It has wifi, a large flat smart TV and a DVD player. We want our guests to enjoy themselves to fullest.... while being respectful of our home and themselves! Furry friends are welcome as well as long as they are cleaned up after accordingly when they potty, shed, etc. Woof! Depending on check in time, we will either leave a key for you or arrange to meet you there and show you around. The cabin is by itself for the most part on top of the hill with the Marina and river across the street. Then, there are a couple restaurants / gas station markets close by in case you forget your toothbrush! Then, the city of Parsons is a few miles west as well with has some country cooking restaurants, a delicious Mexican Restaurant, fast food, etc. There are a couple of fireplaces there but they haven't been used in years and we'd prefer to keep it that way for safety reasons.
