The water is normally so clear you can see the fish swimming in their natural habitat. (The pond is part of a spring fed creek and is subject to the elements, including algae blooms therefore the clarity of the water cannot be guaranteed during your stay.) Guests can bring fishing poles and fish from the porch (catch and release only). A large outdoor fire pit perfect for roasting hot dogs or marshmallows. There are two hammocks perfect for relaxing. There is also a hot tub to enjoy during your stay. One of the things I appreciate when traveling is not having to pack or buy basics while at a home. Therefore, we provide starter amounts of the following: one full roll of paper towels, 5 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. We have regular pest control service, but spider webs and bugs are common on the outside of homes around bodies of water.
