It's in a quiet residential area. No event or wild party allowed. The space --- We follow CDC guideline to clean and disinfect the whole house after each guest group. Please contact us if you have any question about our cleaning routine.--- You can rent 4 hotel rooms or you can enjoy this one cozy comfortable house with your whole group! The house has 6 regular beds plus sofa bed. A roll away bed, and a floor mattress could also be requested to provide a lot of flexibilities for a multi-family group. And you have the living room, kitchen, family room and 2nd floor recreation rooms, front yard, back yard, side court to spread out. Please be aware that the San Mateo county rules allow 10 adults max in this house not including children under 12 yrs old. We put in beds for 12 guests including adults and children. That is the max number of guests we can host at the house. And we will not accept any booking with more than 10 adults. For any group more than 8 guests (children included), we charge additional guest fees, $20 per guest per night. Formal living room, open kitchen attached to dining room and family room plus 1.5 bathrooms and 1 bedroom complete the 1st floor. A recreation room for family activities plus 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. There is also a Harry Porter style kid sleeping room on the 2nd floor. One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor has a gap ocean view. The rooms are all beautifully furnished and stocked for your needs during a vacation! Guest access Whole property. Please let us know who are coming and their ages when you book the property. We will set up the house accordingly to make everyone in your group stay comfortable. Other things to note Due to family members' allergies, this house does not allow any animals. No exceptions. Please contact host if you are interested to rent the house for more than a week. Significant monthly rental discount is available for Jan- May and Sep - Nov. Please be aware you are taking a house in a residential area. We want to keep our neighbors happy. Be respectful - no parties/noises outside after 10pm and no item should travel over the fences to other people's gardens. Parking spots are limited on the private street. No more than 4 cars (including visitors) per group are allowed at the property.
