This roomy 3/2 is comfortable with an outdoor patio where everyone can gather. We offer 1 free night with a fishing charter booking with Grocery Gettin Charters. Some bikes available. All linens provided. The resort will charge a $75/reg. fee with two car max. Private lagoon access, fishing pier, 2 pools, putt putt, playground, pickle ball, basket ball, family neighborhood The space Bedroom one: King Bedroom two: King Bedroom three: 2 twin THE HOME: Fully equipped kitchen. Roomy and comfortable beds. Quiet rooms with black out shades. Two recliners in LR. TV's in all rooms. Note for those with mobility issues, there are two steps in the home. Shaded front patio with charcoal grill. THE COMMUNITY: 100 acres of fun from Grand Lagoon to Gulf. Great access to water on both sides. PARKING: 1 car can be parked in the driveway and golf cart can be parked directly in the front along the white picket fence. If you bring two cars, please be aware the parking can be problematic in Venture Out and you may have to utilize overflow parking either on site or paid parking offsite. Venture Out Resort charges a registration fee $75 for the 1st car and $75 for a second car. This fee is charged as an amenity fee and will be charged even if you do not bring a vehicle. Three cars are NOT permitted. This fee is collected by Venture Out prior to arrival. You MUST preregister with the front office to gain access to the property. There are separate fees and date restrictions for boat launch. Please call Venture Out office for more information if you plan on bringing a boat. Private golf carts are not allowed. Renters must be 25 years old to rent in Venture Out. Guest access Golf Cart: Drivers must have a drivers license. Security personnel will issue fines for offenses. See golf cart rules posted on refrigerator. Bikes: several bikes available. Taking a ride to neighboring state park and walking the trails and jetties is a fun activity. Also some great snorkeling along the rocks. Walking: There are several places to eat within walking distance. Alvins island is a fun stop for souvenirs. Other things to note What you need to know: -Renter agrees and acknowledges Golf Cart Waiver Form at time of booking. PERSONAL GOLF CART WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT This Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into by Renter (as listed on reservation as well as any guest, family member or child of said “renter”) Renter desires to operate golf cart provided with rental unit, in and around the Venture Out Resort property. Renter understands golf cart is not to leave resort property and adhere to all resort golf cart rules as acknowledged at check in and booking. With full knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the risk, and in consideration of the ability to operate and possess the golf cart on the premises, Renter hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that operating and possessing a golf cart on the premises subject me to known and unanticipated risk, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, or permanent disability, death, and or property damage. Such risk include, but are not limited to: scrapes, bruises, musculoskeletal injuries, and broke bones, strains, sprains and overuse injuries, concussions and other injuries or death caused by the negligence on the part of myself and or other people around me; injuries or death caused by improper use or failure of equipment; medical conditions resulting from activity and damaged clothing or other property. I understand that such risk may be unavoidable and simply cannot be eliminated despite the use of safety equipment. I further understand that the above list is not inclusive of all possible risk to which I will be subject to operating and possessing of golf Cart on the premises and that the above list in no way limits the extent or reach of this Agreement or any provision of the agreement. I voluntarily accept and assume all of the risk, known and unknown, that are associated with the operation and possession of golf cart on the premises, including those caused by the negligence of guest, family members, including but not limited to, risk of injury, paralysis and death. I voluntarily assume all such risk with full knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the risk involved. 2. Renter agrees that their operation and possession of the golf cart on the premises shall be undertaken at their sole risk. Renter agrees operation and possession of the golf cart is purely voluntarily and elected to operate and possess the golf cart despite the risk. 3. Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless David and Donna Whaley of all and any injuries or damage to any individual. 4. Miscellaneous: Renter possess the necessary skill and fitness level to safely operate and possess a golf cart and is willing to assume and bear the cost of all risk that may be created, directly or indirectly, by the lack of such skill or fitness level. 5. Renter acknowledges they have adequate insurance or other assets and money to cover any injury or damage they may suffer or cause while operating or possessing the golf cart and agree to bear the cost of such injury or damage. 6. Renter fully acknowledges and agrees to follow and adhere to Golf Cart Rules and Regulations as posted in rental unit as well as acknowledge at time of booking and time of check-in. -All bed linens and bath towels INCLUDED -Must be 25 years old to rent in the community -The community will charge a registration fee upon arrival -Golf cart included -Parking is very limited at Venture Out.
