Cozy wooded setting near Olympic National Park and Ocean Straits with Port Angeles and Victoria Ferry just 10 minutes away. Forest trails begin across the road of house to the Elwha River valley. We have indoor fireplace, outside fire-pit, full kitchen or BBQ available, as well as more amenities and a small store with souvenirs at our campground above; i.e. NEW ebike rentals, volley ball, horseshoes, basketball activities are available to you. The space *Sleeping Accommodations* Downstairs: One bedroom with a king bed. One bedroom with a queen bed. One full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Plus an extra toilet in the laundry room. Upstairs: One bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds. One bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds. One full bathroom with a shower. Living room: One of the couches also pulls out into a full-size bed, and there is plenty of floor space as well as a large outdoor yard area. Please reach out to us before you book if you hope to use any tents. There are some restrictions regarding total property occupancy, parking, etc. to consider. Thank you! *Property Accessibility* The house is ADA accessible thanks to the wheelchair/stroller ramp at the back door. This is accessed from the house's designated parking spaces via a concrete walkway and patio. There is a handrail gate which swings open to allow for safe ADA access via this door. There are two downstairs bedroom and a spacious bathroom to accommodate guests in wheelchairs or walkers. *Dining Space* The house offers a dining table with 8 chairs. There is outdoor dining in the lawn with an outdoor table and chairs and a picnic table. Guest access This rental is a full 4-bedroom house with all your basic amenities provided. There are up to 4 parking spaced designated for your use, right next to the house. The house rental includes a large adjacent outdoor space including a lawn, some woods, a picnic area and outdoor firepit. This rental property is part of our larger 180acre property with includes several rentals, and RV park, and tenting. The house has it's own separate private space. Your closest neighbor is a glamping airstream rental, with its own separate parking and outdoor space. There is a fence, and space between to added privacy. For larger groups, both the glamping airstream and our king cabin rentals make great combo rentals, because they are a short walk away and the house offers a comfortable outdoor space for gathering. The house is ADA accessible with a wheelchair ramp at one door. The downstairs level is easy to navigate in a wheelchair or walker.
