A 5-minute walk from the beach will bring you to this cheerful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Hilton Head vacation villa located on the second floor of the Beachwalk complex in Shipyard, Hilton Head Island. This villa has been outfitted with coastal décor and comfortable furnishings, as well as laminate flooring that spans the living areas and bedrooms. The space The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and two club chairs, flat screen TV and sliding doors that lead to the private balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The dining area, which is open to the living area and kitchen, seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has ample counter and cabinet space, white appliances and all the supplies need needed to cook a meal for your group. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a TV, sunny corner windows, and a private bath with a large glass shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and a twin bunk bed and a TV. Off the hallway are a washer and dryer alcove and a full bath with a charming pedestal sink. Beachwalk, Hilton Head Island is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard Plantation and has an on-site communal pool. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.
