We have central heat and cooling. There is forced air heat pump that you can adjust the temperature to your comfort. Everywhere in the house and backyard and the covered porch. Guest don't have access to the basement and the lower level unit. I live within short distance and can be reach by phone or message if you need anything. Pine Grove Mill lies at the foot of Tussey mountain, the mountain, affords one of the most exalted views in all this section of the state. You can easily access the many attractions and activities in the State College area! There is a gas station, post office, Naked egg cafe (great local cafe for breckfast or lunch) and Pine Grove Hall (upscale casual restaurant & bar with an emphasis on locally sourced food) within walking distance . Beaver Stadium and Bryce Jordan Center are both just 7 miles away. Many hiking, fishing and outdoor activities within short drive, The State Game Lands, Bald Eagle State Forest, Raystown lake and the renowned Appalachian Trail can also be found with an easy drive. CATA bus is available during weekdays and Uber, Lyft or other Taxi service are available.
