An early welcome to the Desert! Have fun with a new custom private pool with colorful LED lights and spa with heated jets! Enjoy your time in a Beautiful Spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath Home! Our home near Polo grounds, Tennis stadium, golf, casino and many more attractions!!! The space The living room is very open and is able to fit cozy blankets and pillows in front of the fire place to enjoy and relax! Also, the TV is set up with a surround sound system to enjoy a movie night with popcorn or have a some fun and sing with our karaoke or just simply listen to music! Guest access Casita is considered the fourth bedroom but, opens up when its more than 6 guests. The casita has its own private entrance so you don’t have to walk in through the main house. It has an extra restroom with shower and a 55 inch TV. Other things to note The entire home has a filtered water system that feels amazing! The Casita (fourth bedroom) is only available after 6 guests rental bookings. The jacuzzi heater and jets will be on complimentary from 7pm-11pm. The pool lights will also turn on from 7pm-11pm. Pool cleaner comes every Monday and every Thursday morning. Usually around 7am. They come in through the back gate and spend about 30 minutes to clean it. Landscaper comes on Friday's during noontime. Also come in from the back gate.
