Welcome to Benwood Poolhouse, located only 12-15 minutes from just about anywhere in town. You won't want to leave with the refreshing pool for entertainment. We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing most of the things you might want for a luxurious stay. We invite you to relax in our comfortable and clean home that you'll want to stay at time and time again. Benwood Poolhouse, your home away from home. Expect a clean and accommodating visit during your stay. Pool towels are provided. In the kitchen you'll find bottled water, snacks, and coffee with cream and sugar. In addition, the Pool house is equipped with a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent should you need it. Entire home I will be available during regular business hours during your stay should you need anything or have any additional questions. Located only 10 minutes away is the breathtaking Ocoee River where you can enjoy the scenic views, play on the playground, or even dare to raft the rapids. Drive a little farther and visit Chilhowee Lake and hike to a beautiful waterfall. Not feeling outdoorsy, drive 10 min towards town and have some coffee at Lasaters Coffee, or eat at Jenkin's Deli. You won't be disappointed. The pool is located in the backyard inside a closed fence, however there is not a locked child safety gate around the pool. Make sure to NEVER leave small children or someone who can’t swim unsupervised in the back yard. There are additional safety locks on the back door leading to the pool area that high enough that an adult has to reach it. We recommend always keeping this additional latch on. No running or glass allowed by the pool and ONLY KIDS ARE ALLOWED ON THE DIVING BOARD.
