Slightly unconventional, this converted office space has 2 large bedrooms off of a full kitchen with a large table for dining, and no formal living room. Each bedroom includes a King sized bed, a sofa bed or couch, 43" screen tv, wifi. Extra guest fee applies for over 2 people. This apartment is the upstairs floor of a 2 story commercial building located on the north end of downtown Bellingham. The ground floor is a naturopathic doctor's office. We don't have an elevator so there is a flight of stairs. It borders the "Lettered Streets" neighborhood and the Central Business District and is across the street from the Whatcom Creek water way and kitty-corner from Bellingham Senior Center. Walk to anywhere in downtown, and we are about 5 minutes walk to City Hall and Whatcom County Courthouse. This is a 2 bedroom apartment that is completely private. The third bedroom, across from the bathroom, is locked and unoccupied. It is used to store linens and towels and cleaning supplies. We live nearby and are available if needed but the apartment is completely private. Cornwall is a main street and we are half a block away so there is some traffic and people moving until about 5:00 and things slow down. The evenings and weekends are quiet with just neighborhood traffic. There's a parade down Cornwall Street a few Saturdays each year. Walk, bus, bike, skate, Uber. TV options include: Netflix (use the Halleck Guest profile) Hulu SlingTV Amazon Prime There is a doctor's office downstairs and they usually close around 5:00. We request that guests minimize noise during business hours (ie no loud music or clog dancing...) The third bed is made upon request, unless there are >4 guests, then it's assumed.
