Downtown Bellingham Flat-5 minutes to courthouse

(Permit #USE2019-0014) Private 900+ square foot apartment on the edge of the downtown business district. 3 blocks from bus transit depot station and walking distance to numerous breweries, restaurants and attractions. Slightly unconventional, this converted office space has 2 large bedrooms off of a full kitchen with a large table for dining, and no formal living room. Each bedroom includes a King sized bed, a sofa bed or couch, 43" screen tv, wifi. Extra guest fee applies for over 2 people. The space This apartment is the upstairs floor of a 2 story commercial building located on the north end of downtown Bellingham. The ground floor is a naturopathic doctor's office. We don't have an elevator so there is a flight of stairs. It borders the "Lettered Streets" neighborhood and the Central Business District and is across the street from the Whatcom Creek water way and kitty-corner from Bellingham Senior Center. Walk to anywhere in downtown, and we are about 5 minutes walk to City Hall and Whatcom County Courthouse. Guest access This is a 2 bedroom apartment that is completely private. There is a storage room across from the bathroom, that is locked and unoccupied, but not available for guests. It is used to store linens and towels and cleaning supplies. Other things to note TV options include: Netflix (use the Halleck Guest profile) Hulu SlingTV Amazon Prime There is a doctor's office downstairs and they usually close around 5:00. We request that guests minimize noise during business hours (ie no loud music or clog dancing...) The third bed is made upon request, unless there are >4 guests, then it's assumed.
