The space The entire home sits on a single level and is great for families or individuals where stairs can be a challenge. In addition, the open floor plan allows for the entire family to enjoy time together whether it be inside watching TV, playing games, or outside on the deck. The spacious deck is equipped with a gas BBQ and a wooded private feel for you to enjoy. The home has amazing internet wifi for all of your steaming needs. The three bedrooms are all on the single main level. One has two twins. The second is equipped with a full bed, and the master suite has a king-size bed as well as a pull-out couch for additional room if needed. In the living and family rooms, you will find couches for additional sleeping possibilities if you prefer. You will find ample shopping and grocery options. The home and neighborhood is surrounded by parks and trails. Madrona Heights, Morrison Woods, and Summercrest Parks are just a few of the closest ones. About a mile away is Cooper Mountain Nature Park, which sits right next to Cooper Mountain Vineyards. This is a truly special home to enjoy so many aspects of the greater Portland region and the Pacific Northwest. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.
