Heating Costs: • October through May: o Pool Heating: $75/day if paid upfront for the entire stay or $100/day if paid daily. o Spa Heating: $40/day if paid upfront for the entire stay or $75/day if paid daily. • Longer Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, the owner will cover the first $300/month of gas and electricity. We allow guests to heat their pools to the mid-80s and spas to their desired temperature. • Please note that larger pools may struggle to reach mid-80s during mid-winter.
