This is the coolest rental currently available in a charming town of Lyons. Guests will have access to upstairs main half or the house separated by private entrance. There is a large kitchen with everything you need, living room with 3 couches and lots of windows, great deck, amazing patios and yard. The home is recently remodeled with exceptional taste. The location is private, serene, but still walking distance to downtown. You can see wildlife like hummingbirds, deer, lynx and snow owls. The space The rooms are decorated with simple contemporary higher end furniture and the bedding is mostly from natural hypoallergenic materials or organic materials. All our shampoos/soaps/conditioners are organic. Photos don't do this justice. Wonderful modern interior finishes yet has so much character. Guest access Guests will have access to upstairs half of the house separated by private entrance. If you would have a large party and would like to rent another 2 bedroom unit on the property please inquire. Other things to note The house has a swamp cooler which works very well to cool the house. There is no option on Airbnb to put swamp cooler as a cooling system which is what a lot of homes use in Colorado. The house is just 15 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park or 15 miles to the experience of Boulder and walking distance to Lyons downtown or a beautiful mountain park right on the river. It is also just down the street from Hall Ranch which is one of the best mountain biking trails in the country. There are lots of hiking trails close by and the place is surrounded by nature. We will be charging up to $1500 security deposit if there are any damages caused by guest to the property.
