Welcome to Jacki Lynn's Cottage! This beautiful charming 1930's home is centrally located down a quaint and quiet one way street. Central AC! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1 bedroom downstairs is very large and has its own bathroom. Great for couples, families, and coworkers! Family friendly with a pack n play, toddler cot, toys, etc. The back yard is fenced with a covered deck. You've got to come check it out and fall in love with this home as we have! Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property. Other things to note *This home has stairs and is a 2 level home. You will need to take 3-5 steps to get into the main level of the home where there is a front Tv/living room area, the dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The stairs going downstairs are a bit steeper than the normal and downstairs is where the unfinished laundry area is. There is also a 2nd Tv room, a full bathroom, a bedroom, and an extra space with the futon. There are no interior doors downstairs, except for on the bathroom door. There is also an exterior door that goes from the basement to exterior stairs that takes you outside to the back yard area. The downstairs area has its own exterior entrance/exit.
