This three bedroom house is newly renovated and offers space for up to 8 with a luxurious accomodation! Access to shopping at Penn & Memorial in 10 mins (via Kilpatrick turnpike). Lots of great restaurants very near. Brand new floors, paint, beds (luxury mattress in master). This is available for guests age 23 and older who do not intend to have parties or gatherings. This has been my home since 2006. I used to host out the spare bedrooms before I moved out, and now I have upgraded the entire place with brand new flooring, granite countertops, full paint job, luxury mattress, upgraded mantel and so much more! Now am offering the entire place for you! Guests will have full access to the entire house including 2 car garage, washer and dryer, four beds plus a futon, and two large TVs. You'll have the place to yourself, but I'm easy to reach if needed My neighborhood has a lot of nice walking areas and a beautiful pond. We often see hares, ducks, geese, etc. Minimum age to book is 23. no parties or gatherings of any kind. I can provide info on local attractions and restaurants. Please just keep the outside noise down for the neighbors :)
