Tired after long day at the beach, stroll up to one of the restaurants or enjoy drinks & music at the Quarter moon cafe. Feeling energetic? The town has a playground, pickle ball, roller skating rink and putt putt/arcade to entertain you all. The south end might be a bit further of a drive, but it's worth it! 2 blocks from the Town of Topsail Beach that has a fresh fish market, restaurants, grocery store, craft market (every Thursday during season), Bingo on Thursdays (in season). The property has an outdoor shower and hose for easy wash off after the beach or playing in the sound. You can go for a great paddle in the sound or attempt at catching dinner from the public sound access points. Half of the duplex is available to you, please be respectful of our neighbors given the close proximity. We have a pay it forward pantry and beach supplies within the house. Lots of spices, condiments, etc. that we stock. No room in your cooler, pay it forward! Bathrooms have sunscreen, toiletries and an extra new razor to ensure you don't have to run out (or instacart deliver) for any miscellaneous items. We do have a beach cart and a couple of beach chairs in the carport for use. We hope you leave our beach games and supplies as you found it with all pieces as you found it. Enjoy a some ice cream at the Surf City Scoops below the Island’s famous Roller rink. Or Four cousins for ice cream or a fresh baked good. Attempt at catching dinner at the Jolly Roger Pier or local sound access. The Pier also has heartier fare for breakfast and lunch. Cora’s deli is on the Top 10 deli list for a reason and open for lunch and early dinner. Our kids vote it as the best grilled cheese ever! Beach shop and grill has a great menu all day and some fine beach cocktails! The south end has all that you need for a stress free week- whether you want to cook and get local fresh fish from the market or keep it easy and go to a restaurant. Kid friendly with the putt putt, arcade and playground. Tempt your family to a pickle ball match. Or just soak it all in on the balcony swing with a beverage in hand! We are 8 miles south of Surf City and no public transport but there are taxis and some Uber/Lyft for when you have enjoyed a bit in SC and need to make your way down. Our bed linens and towels (beach and bath) ARE included. We ask that beach towels are washed and dried before departure. Our cleaners will take care of the bed linens and bath towels. Starter items like TP, Paper towel, dishwasher soap, hand soap, etc also included. Beach supplies such as shades, chairs, etc are NOT included however we do have some chairs and toys for use. Sweet Dreams is a local company that will deliver/pickup to the house to make your stay easy and lighten what you need to pack. We have gone the extra mile to ensure our cleaning service is not missing anything on a turn and want to ensure you feel comfortable. We have found a great new cleaning team and ensure each time you are walking into thoroughly cleaned home. Security camera is under carport and located in corner by the grill that is stored under the carport when not in use.
