Luxurious Sedona Casita

The casita features a Queen-size bed, kitcheonette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster-oven, sink, utensils, dining table and chairs, a full bathroom with tub and shower, a desk and speedy internet. Shampoo, conditioner and bath gel are provided. There is a small private, fenced backyard and an outdoor grill. The backyard area has a spectacular 180-degree view of the red rocks. Swimming pool is open from 5/15 - 10/1. Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Downtown Sedona is 15 minutes away. The space A flat screen tv with cable is provided, as well as a desk and high speed internet. It is next to the main house, but has its own private entrance as well as a private area in the back for relaxing. Each guest will get a private code for the electronic lock. Off-street parking is provided as well. Guest access Guests have private use of the casita, the swimming pool, a seating area in the back yard behind the casita, as well as private, off-street parking. The swimming pool opens May 15 and closes for the season October 1. All guests using the swimming pool at any time are subject to the Waiver the terms of which are listed in Arrival Guide section of this listing entitled "House Manual." The hot hub and the entire back deck are reserved for the main house guests. Us is available only on request and at the discretion of the owner.
